Nordsee Strandbad im Westen is a bathing beach located on Wangerooge, the easternmost of the seven inhabited East Frisian islands. The beach is part of the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park. The western bathing area, known as Westbad, is situated in the west of the island near the Westturm, Wangerooge's landmark tower. It is approximately 1000 metres long and partially reinforced.
