Nordseebad Schillig Campingplatz is a grass beach located at the edge of the small village of Schillig in the municipality of Wangerland. The bathing water is a coastal water body classified as excellent quality. Wangerland is the second-largest municipal area in Lower Saxony, covering approximately 176 square kilometres with a 27-kilometre coastline largely adjacent to the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Wadden Sea. The beach offers supervised bathing during designated swimming times.
