Nydalasjön is a bathing spot located just east of central Umeå. The bathing area is in the northern part of the lake and features a sandy beach approximately 15 metres wide with large grass areas above the shoreline. The beach zone extends approximately 250 metres and includes a bathing platform. An adjacent heated outdoor pool called Umelagun is available, along with a campground, walking trails, tennis courts, sports fields, and a playground.
