The bathing site is located on the south coast of Flensburger Förde north of Steinbergkirche near the small locality of Habernis. The sand and gravel beach has a campground in its immediate vicinity.

The bathing site is open during the 2025 season, with monitoring conducted on 13.05.2025, 10.06.2025, 07.07.2025, 04.08.2025, and 02.09.2025.

Water Quality

Water quality assessments have been conducted for the 2019–2024 period and the 2025 bathing season. Monitoring results are available for dates: 13.05.2025, 10.06.2025, 07.07.2025, 04.08.2025, and 02.09.2025.
