The Treustel-Kermor-Penmorvan beach is located on the Atlantic coast near the mouth of the Odet river in the commune of Combrit-Sainte-Marine, south of Quimper. The beach extends approximately 2.5 km in a single continuous section. Water quality monitoring has been carried out by the DDASS (public health authority) with bathing water classifications of good quality recorded from 2006 to 2009. The beach is subject to European bathing water quality directives and requires a comprehensive bathing water profile documenting physical characteristics and potential pollution sources.
