The Motz leisure base bathing water is located at a recreational facility in the commune of Motz. The bathing profile was prepared in July 2012 to assess water quality and identify potential health risks according to European Directive 2006/7/CE. Water quality monitoring was conducted from 2008 to 2011, with bacteriological analysis and classification performed under both 1976 and 2006 directive standards. The study examined potential pollution sources and developed management measures to control and mitigate risks.

Water

A recreational lake (plan d'eau) at the leisure base. Water and air temperatures were monitored between 2008 and 2011. The bathing zone has defined boundaries with specified materials constituting the lake bottom.

Risks

Animal-related pollution and leptospirosis contamination cycles were identified as potential hazards.
