Cala en Bosch is a natural bathing beach located on the island of Menorca in the Balearic Islands. The beach measures 90 meters in length and 50 meters in width with fine sand and a gentle slope. It experiences high visitor numbers from both local and foreign swimmers using it daily for recreational purposes. The beach has a good promenade and good pedestrian and vehicle access.

Free bathing water. The water body measures 90 meters in length and 50 meters in width with a gentle slope. No currents, whirlpools, or undertow are present. Water mass code: MEMC05M2.

Water Quality

Annual water quality classification is Excellent for all years 2019–2022. Water state assessment for 2022–2023 is classified as Good. One short-duration pollution episode lasting less than 72 hours was recorded in 2021. Floating waste accumulation is classified as low to very low.

Risks

Occasional jellyfish presence. No history of phytoplankton or cyanobacteria blooms. Two wastewater discharge outlets without overflow relief exist. An electrical cable from REE (Spanish electricity grid) is present in the area.
