Water quality classification: Excellent. E. coli and Enterococcus concentrations monitored from 2008 to 2010. No historical contamination precedents recorded for the bathing zone or adjacent shellfish production zone (GAL 11/1 Ría de Vigo - Zone B).

Risks

No short-duration contamination risks identified from occasional discharges associated with precipitation events or from localized discharges.
