Carvajal is a bathing water area located in Fuengirola, Málaga, along the Mediterranean coast of Andalucía. The beach extends for 1220 metres with an average width of 20 metres and features dark sand. Water conditions are typically calm and the area is moderately exposed to wave action, with dominant currents flowing northeast. The beach is highly urbanized with a promenade and receives high occupancy.

Mediterranean coastal water body with shallow bathymetry and sandy substrate. Microtidal range of 0–2 metres. Current regime is dominant toward the northeast. Wave exposure is moderate, with dominant waves from the east and east-southeast associated with levante wind. Annual precipitation ranges from 400–600 mm with a torrentiality index of 25–50%.

Fuengirola, Málaga, Andalucía. Access is available on foot or by car. Parking is available. Located along the Litoral de Málaga (Málaga Coastline).

Risk sources include diffuse land use in the zone of influence and altered built surfaces. Three streams (Arroyos Higuerón, Presas, and Zaragoza) drain into the area.
