Playa de l'Oratori is a natural bathing beach located on Mallorca in the Balearic Islands. The beach is 170 meters long and 42 meters wide with fine sand and a gentle slope. It experiences high daily recreational use by non-local visitors. The water is free of strong currents, whirlpools, or undertow.

Located in Calviá municipality on Mallorca, Balearic Islands. Pedestrian access is good. Disabled access is available and good. Vehicle access is good with adequate parking facilities. The beach is situated at the centre of the beach area.

Facilities

Lifeguard or emergency services available (Servicio de Emergencias - 112). Disabled access available and good. No boardwalk.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent for years 2019–2022. State 2007–09: Good. State 2018–19: Acceptable. State 2022–23: Good. No short-duration pollution episodes recorded (2019–2022). No exceptional episodes recorded (2019–2022). Pollution sources identified: 2 EBARs, septic tanks, vessels, and rainwater runoff.

Risks

Occasional jellyfish. No history of phytoplankton proliferation. No history of cyanobacteria proliferation. Floating waste accumulation is evaluated based on collected refuse as a proportion of total waste collected in the Balearic Islands annually.
