Identified pollution sources include two wastewater discharge points (EBARs), septic tanks, boat discharges, and stormwater runoff.

Risks

Short-duration pollution episodes occurred in 2017, 2018, and 2019 (each lasting less than 72 hours). An exceptional circumstance pollution episode (exceeding 72 hours) occurred in 2016 and 2018. Occasional jellyfish proliferation. No history of phytoplankton or diatom proliferation.
