Playa Es Ribell is a 500-metre-long natural beach located on the island of Mallorca in the Balearic Islands. The beach has a gentle slope with a stony substrate and is free of currents, whirlpools, and rip currents. It is used recreationally by non-resident visitors on a daily basis with medium attendance.

Natural bathing water body, 500 metres long and 20 metres wide, with a gentle slope and stony bed. Located in water mass MAMC09M3 between Punta de Capdepera and Portocolom.

Location

Son Servera municipality, Mallorca, Balearic Islands. Pedestrian access is good. Vehicle access is regular. No parking available.

Pedestrian access available. Disabled access not available. No parking.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent annually from 2019 to 2022. Historical state: Very Good (2007–09), Good (2018–19), and Good (2022–23). Very low accumulation of floating waste. Pollution sources identified: septic tanks, vessels, and rainwater runoff.

Risks

Occasional jellyfish. No history of phytoplankton or cyanobacteria proliferation.
