La Calzada is a bathing beach in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz, in the transition waters of the Guadalquivir estuary. The beach is 2,340 metres long with an average width of 60 metres, composed of golden sand in shallow waters with calm bathing conditions. The area is highly urbanised with a maritime promenade and is exposed to low microbiological contamination risk over short periods.
