Water body status classified as poor. Microbiological monitoring data available for E. coli and Enterococcus concentrations from 2008–2010. Adjacent shellfish production zone GAL 10/05 (Ría de Pontevedra Port/Zone B) has no recorded contamination history.

Risks

No significant risk from occasional discharges associated with precipitation events. No identified risks from localised discharges.
