Water quality classified as excellent for bathing. Microbiological sampling results indicate excellent sanitary quality. Contamination risk is very low. An urban submarine outfall located 2.467 kilometres away has caused contamination problems on isolated occasions (notably in 2016 and 2018) but is situated at sufficient distance to limit its influence. A minor restaurant discharge exists with negligible water quality impact.

Risks

Rock falls have occurred historically, rendering access unusable or posing risks to users. Urban submarine outfall located 2.467 kilometres away can cause contamination episodes lasting less than 48 hours under anomalous conditions. Low risk of short-duration contamination episodes. Jellyfish proliferations are not typical for this location; historical records show no incidents recorded at this beach. Microalgae and cyanobacteria proliferation risk is null. Macroalgae proliferation risk is low and associated with natural phenomena related to storms.
