Cyanobacterial monitoring was conducted at nearby Domaso location in 2009, with detection of Sowella Lacustris and Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae, with microcystin levels exceeding 1 microgram per litre recorded in late August and September 2009. No toxic events have been reported. No macroalgae proliferation cases have been detected.
