Praia da Aroeira sits below a clifftop viewpoint reached by a steep path, with a shoreline of pebbles rather than sand. Parking is available along the road but limited to a few vehicles, and the final stretch to the cliff edge requires walking, as vehicle access ends before the route's end. Ursa beach lies a few hundred meters to the north.
