Prvlja is a natural sandy beach located in Postira on the island of Brač in Croatia. The beach stretches 100 metres in length and 5 metres in width, featuring predominantly sandy surface with some stone plates. The coastline is indented with a mild slope both at the shore and underwater. Average sea temperature during the bathing season reaches 23.97°C.

Postira, Brač island, Croatia. Beach is accessed via coastline path. No parking is available.

Water Quality

Water quality has been monitored annually with 10 samples per year and in four-year assessment periods with 40 samples from 2009 to 2025. Both Croatian national regulations and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ classifications are applied. Quality ratings include excellent, good, sufficient, and poor categories.
