Rewa is a bathing area located on the southern side of the Rewa peninsula in Puck Bay, part of the western Gdańsk Bay. The beach has a 100-meter shoreline and operates during the official swimming season with supervised facilities. Water quality is monitored regularly throughout the summer months, with cyanobacterial blooms occasionally causing temporary closures.

Water

Puck Bay (Zatoka Pucka), the western part of Gdańsk Bay with an area of 364 square kilometres. Maximum depth 55 metres. Water temperature during bathing season ranges from 15 to 23 degrees Celsius. Average water transparency approximately 5.54 metres. Salinity 7 to 8 parts per thousand.

01/07/2025 - 31/08/2025. Operating hours 9:00 - 17:00.

Water Quality

Water quality classification for 2025: Excellent. Maximum permissible concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU/100 ml, Enterococci 400 CFU/100 ml. Monitoring data from 2016–2025 shows predominantly suitable water conditions with occasional detections of cyanobacterial blooms causing unsuitability warnings. E. coli and enterococci levels generally remain well below regulatory limits.

Risks

Cyanobacterial blooms (recorded in July–August of 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2025) have caused temporary closures and water unsuitability warnings.
