Rosolina Mare is a natural sandy beach on the Adriatic coast in the Rosolina area, oriented towards the east. The bathing area is located approximately 5 kilometres south of the mouth of the Adige River and about 2 kilometres north of the mouth of the Porto Caleri canal. Typical coastal vegetation grows behind the beach, with pine forests beyond, and the Po Delta extends further inland with alluvial plains containing branches of the Po river, marshlands, valleys and lagoons.
