Soverato, Calabria, in the province of Catanzaro. The bathing area is situated in front of the town centre of Soverato.

Water quality classification: excellent. No specific active pollution control measures are currently in place.

Risks

Short-term pollution events caused by urban runoff have been identified. Cyanobacteria proliferation has not occurred in the past four years. Macroalgae, phytoplankton, or potentially toxic species proliferation has not been recorded in the past four years.
