Geester See is a 180-hectare inland lake recreational area created in the early 1980s. The lake features an 850-meter bathing beach, extensive leisure facilities, and is popular with sailors, windsurfers, swimmers, and divers. The site includes a large grass area for sunbathing, cycling and walking paths, a skate half-pipe, and beach volleyball areas. A nature reserve with rare animal and plant species adjoins the lake.
