Spiaggia di Vindicio is located in Formia, bordered by a pine park with a bar, a children's playground, and outdoor gym equipment. Sand mixes with small rocks in places, and the area is known as a windsurfing spot due to consistent winds. Both free and organized (paid) sections are available, with the free portion covering most of the beach during winter months and a smaller share in summer.
