A rocky bathing area located between Porto Infreschi and Cala Dei Morti in the municipality of Camerota. The beach features high, jagged rocky coastline characteristic of the Cilento headlands adjacent to the shoreline. Water quality has been classified as excellent for the years 2020–2023.

Water quality classification: Excellent (based on monitoring data from 2020–2023, according to Legislative Decree 30.05.08 n. 116).

Risks

Wastewater discharge from multiple sources: effluent from the Capoluogo district discharges directly into Vallone Delle Fornaci; effluent from the Lentiscosa district discharges into Cerasia and Palazzi valleys; additional municipal effluent flows through sedimentation tanks at Calanca in Marina di Camerota before submarine pipeline discharge; further effluent is conveyed directly to a submarine pipeline on the west side at the root of the overflow pier of Marina di Camerota port. Pollution cause identified: Vallone del Marcellino.
