Traeth Bach lies along the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, accessed via a steep, narrow cliff path from the nearest parking area, several miles distant. The cove features a sea cave connecting to a smaller beach, reachable by swimming at high tide or on foot at low tide. No facilities are present at the beach itself.
