Traeth Penbryn is a sandy beach near Sarnau, accessed via a National Trust car park and a short walk down to the shore. Caves are visible along the beach at low tide, and a coastal path connects to Tresaith beach. Facilities include nearby parking and the Plwmp Tart café.
