This bathing water area is located at the eastern mouth of the Imera River near Campofelice di Roccella in Sicily. The zone features a beach that extends along the seabed with sparse vegetation. Water Quality

Water quality classified as Good for the period 2019-2024. Swimming bans are in place. No short-duration pollution events have been reported. No anomalous events have been documented in the past 8 years.

Risks

Although the area is located near zones of high seasonal anthropogenic pressure, no cyanobacteria proliferation events have been reported. No macroalgae, phytoplankton, or potentially toxic species proliferation events have been documented.
