This bathing water area is located 250 meters to the right of the Fosso Eri stream mouth along the coast from Rio Fiume to Pratica di Mare. The beach has a pebble structure with equipped facilities. The area is situated in a coastal zone with significant urbanization nearby but no significant industrial presence.

Bathing establishment, boat landing, and other equipment present. Beach structure consists of pebbles.

Water Quality

Water quality classification is 'elevato' (excellent). The area is not subject to blooms of potentially toxic macroalgae or microalgae. No specific monitoring for pollutant concentration and dispersal is currently active during the bathing season. Two urban wastewater treatment plants serving populations over 2000 equivalent inhabitants are operational in the municipality.

Risks

The area has proximity to streams and fosses. Mollusk farming is present. Appropriate modeling approaches for identifying short-term pollution sources are still under study.
