Hartensbergsee is a recreational lake that serves as the centrepiece of a leisure park. Approximately half of the lake is bordered by a sandy beach. The lake is surrounded by tall trees and features large meadows for sunbathing. A beach café with outdoor terrace, snack bar, and kiosk are located directly on the shore.
