Baracche is a sandy beach in Ribera, Sicily, with a gentle slope and terrain descending toward the water. The beach covers an area of 0.607 square kilometers along the Strait of Sicily. The surrounding area is predominantly uncultivated with Mediterranean scrubland and seasonal residential development.

Risks

An accidental rupture of a pressurized sewage pipe has been recorded as a short-duration pollution event. Temporary bathing prohibitions may be imposed during adverse meteorological or exceptional events.
