Borak is a natural pebble beach located in Bol on the island of Brač in Croatia. The beach stretches 350 metres in length with an average width of 45 metres and features an indented coastline with a steep coastal slope. The beach is surrounded by trees and is situated next to hotel facilities. Average sea temperature during the season reaches 23.54°C.

Location

Bol, Brač island, Croatia. The beach is accessible by pedestrian path. No parking is available at the beach.

Facilities

Floating safety lines protect the beach front. Restaurant, auxiliary facilities, trash cans, and sea buoys are present. Water sports and land sports activities are available.

Season

Monitoring conducted annually from 2009 to 2025, with 10 samples collected each year.

Water Quality

Bathing water quality has been monitored under both Croatian national regulations and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ since 2009. Annual sampling conducted with 10 samples per year (except 2009 with 9 samples). Four-year assessment periods show consistent sampling of 40 measurements. Quality classifications include excellent, good, sufficient, and poor categories.
