Water Quality

Water quality classification 2020 under Decreto-Lei 135/09 and Decreto-Lei 113/2012. No significant microbiological pollution sources identified in the area. No history of short-term pollution events. Zero days of bathing restriction due to short-term pollution in the 2020 bathing season.

Risks

Cyanobacteria, macroalgae, and phytoplankton proliferation are all considered unlikely.
