Location

Finale Ligure, province of Savona, Liguria, Italy. The beach is situated east of the port at Lungomare Matteotti. Managed by the Municipality of Finale Ligure (Via Pertica 29).

Facilities

Free public beach zone. Animals are permitted in the area.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2008-2011). No sewage treatment plants or coastal discharge systems are present in the area. No specific monitoring measures or programs are currently active.

Risks

The Ligurian Sea is not characterized by cyanobacterial blooms due to oligotrophic conditions. No cases of potentially toxic algal strains have been recorded in the past four years.
