Debeli rt is a natural rocky beach located in Poreč at Zelena laguna in Croatia. The beach stretches 330 metres in length with a width of 20 metres and features low and high vegetation. The water has an average temperature of 24.29°C during the bathing season with salinity ranging from 34.7 to 39.2. The beach has a convex coastal shape with a moderate slope and a steep underwater slope.

Location

Poreč, Zelena laguna. Beach access is by pedestrian path. No parking is available. The beach is located outside urban areas.

Season

Bathing water monitoring conducted annually from 2009 to 2025 with sampling periods covering rolling four-year assessments.

Water Quality

Water quality has been monitored annually since 2009 with 10 samples per year under both Croatian national bathing water standards and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Quality classifications range from excellent to poor.
