Fiumicello is a bathing beach located in the Policastro Gulf, in the Lucano sector of Basilicata. The beach is divided into two sections by the Fiumicello stream, which flows along the Maratea valley. The 22-metre statue of the Redeemer is visible on the horizon from the beach, located on Mount San Biagio in the ancient Maratea Superior and illuminated during summer months. The Torre Santavenere tower overlooks the southern part of the beach.
