Fogna Bari Orientale is a coastal bathing area located 500 metres north of the eastern sewer outfall. It features a rocky coastline and has been classified as excellent quality for the period 2017–2020. The water body is part of the Bari–S. Vito (Polignano) water body, covering an area of 0.37 square kilometres. No short-duration pollution events have been recorded in the past four years.
