Location

Located in Lazise, Verona province, Veneto region, Italy. The beach is immediately north of the Tourist Port at Bosca. Beach width is 10 to 20 meters.

Water Quality

Classification: excellent (2021–2024). Escherichia coli 95th percentile: 1.3 CFU/100 ml; 90th percentile: 1.234 CFU/100 ml. Enterococcus 95th percentile: 16.442 CFU/100 ml; 90th percentile: 10.392 CFU/100 ml.

Risks

Pollution sources include a shipyard with petrol distribution, mixed municipal water conveyance system with emergency overflow valves, and a consortium collector. The Peschiera del Garda wastewater treatment plant discharges into the Mincio river in Lombardy region. River mouth and Bosca stream identified as pollution sources.
