The Hérault River. Surface area of bathing zone: 1200 square meters. Length: 80 meters. Width: 20 meters. Average width: 22 meters. Average depth: 0.70 meters. Low water flow: 3.64 cubic meters per second under dry conditions. Transfer velocity: 0.24 m/s under dry conditions and light rain; 0.44 m/s during thunderstorm conditions. The site is located at the confluence of the Vis and Hérault rivers.

Location

Cazilhac commune, Hérault department. Parking available with 30 spaces on the edge of road D25. Access to the public is easy except for persons with reduced mobility.

Facilities

No lifeguard service (bathing is unsupervised). No sanitary facilities. One waste container on the edge of D25. Two information signs: one prohibiting bathing and one wooden information panel for the beach and bathing zone. No disabled access to water.
