Kąty Rybackie is a bathing area located at the descent by the port in the Gdańsk Bay. The beach has a shoreline length of 100 metres. The water is monitored regularly for safety and quality throughout the bathing season.

Kąty Rybackie, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Nowy Dwór County, at the descent by the port. The nearest town is Sztutowo, approximately 3 kilometres away.

Facilities

Designated swimming zone, waste bins, toilet, changing rooms, lifeguard post with flag, lifeguard on duty, ban on domestic animals, information board, beach regulations available for review.

Season

1 July 2025 to 31 August 2025. Operating hours: 9:00 to 17:00.

Water Quality

Water quality classification for 2025: Excellent. For 2024: Excellent. For 2023: Good. For 2022: Excellent. Water is suitable for bathing in most monitoring instances. Permissible concentrations: Escherichia coli 1000 CFU/100 ml; Enterococci 400 CFU/100 ml. Monitoring shows occasional cyanobacterial blooms and in 2025, one instance of tarry residues with suspected fuel oil.

Risks

Cyanobacterial blooms occurred on multiple dates: 27 July 2025, 17 August 2024, 20 July 2024, 9 July 2023, 19 July 2022. Tarry residues and suspected fuel oil contamination were recorded on 12 July 2025.
