Kliestower See is a shallow oval lake located 3 km south of Trebbin on the eastern edge of the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park. The lake has a surface area of approximately 10 hectares and a maximum depth of 2.5 metres. The water body is surrounded by forest on three sides, with grassland to the west and south, and is threatened by drying out and silting. Water transparency is very low, with average visibility of 0.7 metres at the bathing area.
