Lendinuso is a sandy beach located in the municipality of Torchiarolo in the Brindisi province of Puglia, Italy. The bathing water is classified as excellent for the period 2017-2020. The beach covers an area of 0.218 km². It is situated along the Cerano-Le Cesine water body in a marine-coastal environment.

Location

Torchiarolo, Brindisi province, Puglia region, Italy. The beach is located approximately 200 metres south of the Infocaciucci canal mouth.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2017-2020). No direct wastewater discharges to sea are present. The potential pollution source is the mouth of the Infocaciucci canal at the northern boundary of the beach.

Risks

No short-duration pollution events were recorded in the last four years. The water body is not characterized by algae or cyanobacteria blooms. No cases of potentially toxic algal strains have been detected.
