Risks

Historical cyanobacteria monitoring data from 2009 at nearby Domaso showed elevated cell concentrations of Sowella Lacustris and Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae, with microcystin levels exceeding 1 microgram per litre. However, no toxic events were reported. No evidence of macroalgae, phytoplankton, or potentially toxic species proliferation has been detected in recent years.
