Mulini is a cultivated pebble beach located in Rovinj on the Adriatic coast. The beach is 420 metres long and 10 metres wide, with a wavelike coastal shape and moderate underwater slope. It is a hotel beach managed by Maistra d.d. Rovinj and experiences high bather density during the season. The average sea temperature during the season is 24.02°C.

Adriatic Sea. Beach length 420 m, beach width 10 m. Average sea temperature 24.02°C. Salinity ranges from 34 to 39.2 ppt. Tide amplitude 49 cm. Underwater coastal slope is moderate (15 to 25 degrees). North-East prevailing wind.

Rescuer service, shower, water sports facilities. Floating safety lines installed for beach protection.

Monitoring conducted annually from 2009 to 2025 with 10 samples per year.

Water Quality

Subject to regular monitoring under both Croatian national regulations and EU Directive 2006/7/EZ. Annual assessments conducted with 10 samples per year since 2009. Four-year rolling assessments based on 40 samples per period. Quality classifications recorded as excellent, good, sufficient, and poor.
