Loriga is an inland bathing water located in the Ribeira de Loriga, a tributary of the Alva River, at approximately 770 meters altitude on the southwest slope of Serra da Estrela within the Natural Park of Serra da Estrela. The surrounding area features mountainous formations and slopes with predominant forest coverage. This Type II beach (rural center surroundings) offers infrastructure, equipment, and various services to visitors.
