The bathing area is located along Lungomare C Colombo at the corner of Via Mazzini in Santa Flavia, Sicily. The area is situated near the residential structures of the Porticello hamlet, with increased visitor flow during summer months. The beach is predominantly sandy and extends into alternating rock formations jutting into the sea. The bathing area spans 600 meters and is classified as good quality for the period 2019–2024.

Risks

Although the area is located near zones of high human activity, no cyanobacterial proliferation events have been reported. No macroalgae, phytoplankton, or potentially toxic species proliferation events have been documented.
