Carini, Province of Palermo, Sicily. Coordinates: 38.181°N, 13.1611°E. The bathing area extends approximately 1,600 meters along the coast.

Water Quality

Water quality classification: Excellent (2019-2024). No short-duration pollution events have been reported. No anomalous events have been recorded in the past 8 years.

Risks

No cyanobacterial proliferation events have been reported despite proximity to seasonally high-density anthropogenic zones. No macroalgae, phytoplankton, or potentially toxic species proliferation events have been recorded.
