Mirante is a long sandy beach surrounded by natural vegetation located near the urban area of Santa Cruz in Torres Vedras. The beach takes its name from a viewpoint situated on the cliff overlooking it. It holds Blue Flag status and Torres Vedras has held the QualityCoast award since 2009.

Cyanobacteria, macroalgae, and phytoplankton proliferation potential all classified as unlikely.
