Nový Hrozenkov is a bathing area located on a former gravel extraction site (Balaton reservoir) in the Zlín region of the Czech Republic, at an elevation of 459 metres. The reservoir covers 11 hectares and features a gradually sloping shoreline with grass beaches and a length of 800 metres. The site receives up to 1,000 visitors per day. Water quality has been classified as unfavourable due to excessive cyanobacteria occurrence in 2010, with the water being unsuitable for bathing on one occasion that year and repeatedly unsuitable for sensitive individuals in recent years.
