Presqu'île de Larzicourt is a bathing zone located on Lake Der-Chantecoq. The bathing area is classified as a Type 1 profile according to French health ministry guidelines. Water Quality

Water quality is monitored according to European Bathing Water Directive 2006/7/CE. Non-bacteriological sources include cyanobacteria, macrophytes, leptospirosis, swimmer's dermatitis, and macro-waste. Statistical analysis of surveillance data and risk assessment classify pollution sources.

Risks

Identified risks include cyanobacteria blooms, leptospirosis, swimmer's dermatitis (cercarial dermatitis), macro-waste, and hydrocarbon pollution. Short-term pollution events may occur.
