Cala Domingos is a natural bathing beach located on Mallorca in the Balearic Islands. The beach is 100 metres long and 125 metres wide with a gentle slope and fine sand substrate. It experiences currents and is used for recreational daily activities with high visitor numbers. The beach has a seafront promenade and pedestrian access.

Open water bathing area. Beach dimensions: 100 metres length, 125 metres width. Gentle slope. Fine sand substrate. Currents are present. Water body code: MAMC09M3, located between Punta de Capdepera and Portocolom.

Location

Located in Manacor municipality on Mallorca, Balearic Islands. Pedestrian access is available. Parking is available and is in good condition. No vehicular access to the beach.

Facilities

Seafront promenade available. Pedestrian access provided. No disabled access.

Annual water quality classification: Excellent for 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Water status 2007–2009: Very Good. Water status 2018–2019: Good. Water status 2022–2023: Good. One short-duration pollution episode (<72 hours) recorded in 2022. One exceptional pollution episode (>72 hours) recorded in 2021.

Risks

Currents are present. Occasional jellyfish occurrence. Occasional phytoplankton proliferation risk. No cyanobacteria incidents on record. Rainwater discharges identified as a pollution source.
